Made to wait 45 mins past reservation just to have people served before me who had later reservations. Terrible customer service And terrible haircut.
Avoid this salon. Staff argumentative with each other and customers. Unfamiliar with returns. Calling corporate will get a nasty call from District Manager. Lived in Hawaii 30 years, this is the worst place I have ever done business and will not return there or any Regis related salon. Advice to tourists, there are other small salons in area with friendly staff.
Workers are always friendly,my moms friends daughter works here and they all like to talk story will your getting your hair done⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I don't know how this place is still in business. My husband has gone multiple times out of location convenience. The last time he went I had to cut his hair when he got home because there was a patch longer than the rest of his hair.Tried to take my son in, walk up to an EMPTY salon, and still told they don't have anything open for 2.5 more hours. Last time I attempt to go there. Looks like I'll be driving to Lihue supercuts! They are actually on top of it!
Nice staff and good haircut, common Hawaii prices for the haircut. Shampoos and conditioners for sale inside. They do perms, dyes and waxing also. Check in online to save time and enjoy your nice hair cut.
