They are so nice there compared to WA. State. Get this, I have had two major back surgeries, can barely walk. I rent a hospital bed. I can not get into housing here in WA. State which is where I grew up as all places are full. Yet Hawaii has an opening for me. Go figure, thanks Governor Gregoire and politicians who do not care about those suffering. The housing office in Kappaa is very friendly, WA. State housing folks are not friendly on the west side at all.
I agree with the statement that the folks doing the west side housing for the state are not friendly, not helpful. yet they answer the phone by saying 'how can i serve you?' All I wanted to know is what the rents were and if there were vacancies. jeeez. And these guys, the south side guys, were full of aloha. mahalo
