Totally smooth transaction. Ordered through O'ahu and picked up in Kapa'a. Pick up is the only way to go, I could see it not going as smoothly.
The best pizza ever... hands down! I don't eat the breadsticks and the marinara sauce for the sauce is so sour. Today, I tried it and was amazed how delicious they were together in my mouth. The sauce is not as sour as I remembered. I love it!
Amazing! I run a pizza place in NC and the Pizza hut around me gives me no competition. Here, its different. Ordering was easy, ordertaker was great, and food was prepared perfectly. Aloha!
Placed an order online at 9:12p. It said that the order would be delivered in 20-30 minutes. We waited for an hour. No pizza. They close at 10pm. We called and was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then they disconnected us. Need I say more about their level of service?
Ordered online, needed to switch from cash to credit. After 20minutes on the phone waiting, they finally said the switch was okay. The delivery man comes not even to my door but to the parking lot of the complex where I'm living and tells me to give my credit card info over the PHONE. So not okay obviously. Had to cancel the order, they never informed me that I would have to give my info over the phone.
