Very quick response! Friendly, great customer service! Answered the phone immediately even though it was late, arrived by the time he said, and quickly got my van opened up! This is the only guy to call!
I have had to use them twice now because king auto center subcontracts their towing to them, and both times the service was terrible. The second time they were 2 hours later than the eta and did not bother to let me know they would be late, they also had a bit of an attitude, on both occasions. If you use them, expect to get neglected.
Truck broke down at the skate park one night an couldn't get it home. First thing in the morning I called an they were able to do it with in an hour. He even stopped by to pick up my keys since I didn't have a car to meet him. Very nice an helpful!!
