Always had friendly staff, but today I get there a minute before closing (3:59pm) after driving 30 minutes from work, sign says open. I go to my box and get package slips. I go to get my packages and a lady is standing there and had just switched the sign to closed. She refused to allow me entrance to get my packages. Legally, they have the right since it was right at 4pm, but it is a despicable way to treat a paying customer
save the headache of driving there and just go to Fedex or UPS.
The never deliver packages that don't find in my mailbox and the rts my bank statements. Lazy and incompetent to an unbelievable degree. I will be happy when I move and don't have to deal with this crap.
FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!! I have had a PO box at this post office since 1991. I try to pick up something that a yellow slip was put in my box for and I couldn't since "I didn't have the yellow slip"!!! They ALL know me by sight! AND, why are they not putting what it is in a fricking locker so I don't have to go to the counter. I work in Lihue during ALL the hours that the PO is open! I got off early today and tried to get my package! All I managed to accomplish was making by blood pressure spiral out of control! FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
