Randy offers a service to pick up your car at the airport. I emailed them with the date for pickup. But he left our car at the airport for TWO MONTHS, and told me it was my fault because I didn't remind him. Two weeks after I left my car I checked up to make certain my car was safely picked up, and he told me it was. Even though It was still at the airport! He never checked it. Then he charged us for the both the airport storage AND INDOOR storage at his place, for two months, even though it was never at his place! He wouldn't release our car until all this was paid.
