Bringing my dogs here for over two years! The staff is knowledgeable and you can tell they love what they do. They care about you and your relationship with your pet! I highly recommend this facility for your pets health care needs!

I'm going somewhere else after a year of mediocre care. Not sure that they keep records on what they've done to my animal. Each time I go in I have to tell them everything again. Spent over $2,000 in the last year and they don't check my dog's entire body. I have to manage them during the exam to make sure they look over everything. Ladies at the front desk can be very rude and show little concern for my animal. One front desk woman is particularly nasty on the phone and in person.
It's ALWAYS expensive!! I've rarely ever walked out the door without owning them $300+ dollars!! And if I bring both dogs, $500-$600 is common!! (And NO! ...these are not an "emergency appointments", with anything significantly wrong with either pet. They're just typical exams or a goal of renewing their basic skin allergy pill; or a desire to get their renewed heartworm meds.) ~ There's a good reason you'll often see 10 - 15 employees throughout their facility on any given day; they can afford it, when there's rarely EVER a visit they're not grossing $100's of dollars on!!
