I was told that the cost of repairing my auto was going to be $2600.00. Mobile Auto Tech came to my home and repaired my car and saved me from paying a small fortune for something that was not needed. My car is running better than it has in months. This service is very professional, honest, knowledgeable and more than fair on pricing and time. Highly recommend Mobile Auto Tech.
Absolutely TERRIBLE. Dave requested my credit card information over the phone to set up an appointment because my truck broke down. I gave Dave my credit card information and had to cancel my appointment as I resolved the issue without him, HE CHARGED ME $130.00 without my permission, nothing performed!!! I have been trying to reach him for over a week with no call back, no reply, NOTHING. What a clown, I'm reaching out to the authorities within 24h if I don't receive my refund. Please, save yourself the stress, DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE. Go anywhere else.
Very overpriced, hourly wage is super high and he charges tip top prices for parts. Dave quoted me such an outrageously high price ($580.00 plus dollars) to fix my manual window which needed a new gear to get it up and down, that I had my son go on youtube to see how it was done and what to order and he did it under $90.00 and fixed the problem himself, taking him about one hour. I would not recommend this person unless you have a whole lotta money to spend on fixing your vehicle.
Mobile Auto Repair is a company that does not back their work. A repair tech charged me over $$$$ for a rebuild kit that I later found out cost approximately $-$$. In any case, the part failed again after 2 days. I called MAR back to explain that the car was exhibiting the exact same symptoms. The tech told me that it would cost another $$ to look at the car again. Where is the customer service in this greedy world? In the end, another mechanic came to replace the part with a new one. The entire new part and labor came to $$. Go figure, it works perfectly now. I would not recommend Mobile Auto Repair. Their motivations seem to be monetary and their customer service is not a priority. Please do not use this company. They seem to be writing their own reviews.
This business is quick and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend using Mobile Auto Repair. I live on the mainland and my daughter, who lives in Kauai, was having car problems. The mechanic went right over and took care of her car and I was able to pay over the phone. This business is as good as it gets!!!
