Attempted to send a 12-page fax to Canada. Was charged $40. The fax would not transmit (It was sent without difficulty from my neighbor's house 30 minutes later.). While I understand there is a policy not to refund for failed faxes, when you are charging $2.50/pg for 'international' transmissions, and then no long distance fees are incurred, it would seem fair to refund the ridiculously high fee. There is a UPS store in the Safeway plaza. I hope you will support businesses who treat people fairly on Kauai.
Fast and easy
I dropped off my FedEx Express package which was never entered into the FedEx system. Kapaa Ship Print & Storage says that a FedEx driver picked up my package. FedEx says that their drivers did not pickup the package. There is no scan in the FedEx system which would have occurred if FedEx picked up. It appears that KSP&S has lost the package & is blaming FedEx for it. KSP&S accepts no responsibility for my package & will not refund me for the item in the package.
