We recommend Tropic Pools to anyone looking for a spa on Kauai. We bought a Dimensions 1 spa last May and will be getting our second for another of our Kauai Vacation Rentals. The spa itself is awesome but what sets them apart is the service. Helen and Jason have been quick to trouble shoot any problems. Unfortunately my spa did have a blown fuse about 8 months after purchase but Jason worked on it and fixed it within 2 days of calling. For those of you who live on Kauai and understand the lack of vendors or the term "Kauai Time", it is nice to have service providers with integrity. Definitely if you are looking for a spa, Tropic Pools should be on the top of your list.
