BEWARE, this is not a resort but instead a condo complex. It was marketed on hotwire as a 4 star resort but it is probably a 3-4 star condo. There is no housekeeping for your stay yet they will charge you at least $175 upon checkout for a cleaning fee. If you booked through hotwire it is probably too late for you, but if you are booking through other websites let this be fair warning that this charge is not advertised and you are blindsided with this at check in. To be fair the rooms are large and nicely appointed and the pool area is good for families however there is no pool bar.
The room is great. Clean And full of features worth talking to people back home about. 3 balconies, 3 tv's, 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets. Great room!! Pool is amazing and the staff is friendly. We will visit again!
The rooms we had we're very nice. The property is very well maintained. The beach is decent, but not great. Pretty steep and Rocky, so not the best for small kids. They do have a great pool which includes a pebble beach.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I'm not one of those people that write reviews just because but I've never seen anything like this before. I have stayed at 1000s of hotels and never have I been treated so poorly before. beware of the hidden $175.00 "cleaning fee" they don't tell you about that you're required to pay at the end of your stay. Best part, they didn't even make up our room or bring fresh towels ONCE during my stay that is marketed as a resort but it is just a condo that someone else owns. They claim to make all of their fees visible to 3rd parties but guess what....They don't. Bottom line - this isn't a resort but a condo that charges not only a daily resort fee but 175$ plus fee that they don't tell you about. 0 stars.
Awesome Resort! It's like a small version of the Kauai Grand Hyatt making it feel exclusive. The pools are connected by a river with caves along the way hidden behind waterfalls. At the bottom is a sandy lagoon. The water features are all flowing with salt water. Your completely safe within this gated secure paradise. The work out center is also located within this oasis. There is a spa and restaurant bar with a ocean view. Outstanding rooms. Beautiful grounds landscaped to please the eye. Must see the Koi pond! Great Staff.
