On Christmas Day, the hours posted on google said they’d be closing at 5pm. We arrived at 4:25 and what seemed to be the manager was blocking everyone from entering, telling us we cannot come in because there were “too many people inside” and he wanted to be able to close on time for his employees. It’s Christmas Day and you’re a corporate grocery store, one of the few on the island. 5 o’clock means 5 o’clock. I understand if it were 5-10 minutes before but myself and plenty of other people were depending on them to grab last minute items for the night who were all turned away 35 minutes before closing. Unbelievable.
Les is an amazing manager! He has the aloha spirit!
Well stocked store. And pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to buy bags.
