I will choose the Panda Express in Līhue anytime over this location.
It takes a while to get your order. You have to specially request a napkin, because there are none out. The Kung pal had one pepper in it.
Not sure why all the negative reviews - maybe they've never been to other Pandas? This panda is as good as any other. Nice to have this chain on Kauai!
Great option for eating well at normal prices in this very over priced area.

Our meal didn’t taste very fresh and the chicken was tough and dry. Only one other table was being used yet they were all dirty (including the one we sat at). Even the walls shined with dirty hand marks.
Not really a fan of Panda Express. We just went here out of curiosity. Service is good but the food is just so so. Thanks anyways.
