I don't know what was better... The amazing pizza or staff! You know when you're stuffed but the food is so good you can't stop eating? That's exactly what will happen when you try their pizzas! So delicious!
Best pizza on the island! Our family LOVES Scarpacciate! One of the best things is the pizzas literally only take a couple of minutes to cook so the wait is never long, and the food is delicious because it's super fresh and all made with excellent ingredients!
GREAT service, GREAT pizza. I didn't really want pizza on a trip to Kauai but it wasn't my night to choose. The reviews on this place were great. A permanent food truck with some fun outdoor picnic tables (can get crowded) and another shave ice food truck right there as well. We had the Hawaiian Pizza and the Cheesy Garlic Pizza. Both were great and fresh. Pretty quick too (10-15 min). The pizza was a 10" which is really only a one person one unless you don't eat much. I also heard them being very flexible with the menu as some vegetarians wanted some custom pizzas and the nice lady taking the orders was giving suggestions. Those folks were very happy as well.
Tasty pizza. Eat the Gluten free option right away, don't wait. It is not so good after a while.
