Every single time I have eaten at this Taco Bell in kapaa, it's been HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Every time! Not ONCE did I NOT have a problem with them RIPPING ME OFF AND NOT GIVING ME THE FOOD THAT I ORDERED. Over and over I'll get home and, Of Course, not everything I ordered is in the bag. Oh but they make sure I PAY for it though. So I'm always paying for food that I don't even get
Order and slushiy and a quesadea with sour cream inside only cheese . Get to the window . Slushy looks like juice . And the lady ask is it okay if can put you sour cream on the side . I said no I wanted it inside . Then she rolled her eyes . And then gave me my food . Went to eat it and find chicken inside . I’m upset. We alresdy have left Taco Bell . And I didn’t even wanna eat anymore
drive thru takes like a damn hour, but if u go inside it takes like 2 minutes to get ur food. u gotta yell into the machine because none of the workers seem to know how to hear. the workers there need to learn respect and how to treat a customer. rude as hell. i go to taco bell all the time because i love taco bell man. but the experiences i've been getting were awful. the kapa'a taco bell doesn't even deserve a 1 star, but a 0 star.
Awesome service and fast served food
Good clean place and food food either taco bell or pizza hut. Staff is nice and food cooked fresh. Parking in back, plenty of seating inside to enjoy the air conditioning. Order you pizza online and pickup here.
