Not a review based on food- I think the customer service was great, but the iced coffee was not good. I’d recommend Java Kai coffee in Kaapa after getting iced coffee a bunch of places here all week. The baked goods looked good.
I ordered two simple Acai bowls .. they did not have the simple ingredient of honey that's fine ... she totaled 20.98 .. not thinking anything else signed for credit card .. found later that I was actual charged 25.01 .. what the extra 4.03 was for.... ????? What???? I have no clue.. the take home bowl??? The use of a credit card as with foreign countries.. only we are in the US???? Also I ordered a cold brew .. to which I was under the impression it is a brew that takes time ... 24 hours to be exact.. but instead I paid 6 dollars more for a cup of cold coffee only have been explained after the fact.. hole in the wall over charging for a fake authentic feel,.... set your sails elsewhere past this pit stop Kauai has far better

If I could eat here everyday I would the best food on the Island hands down and VEGAN all organic fresh ingredients the flavors just burst in your mouth. Can't wait for her cook book to come out. We went her four times. And this was my last meal on the Island. Love love love this place and the staff was so pleasant. KALE YEAH
What's even more pathetic is that the serving lady (probably a high school kid ?!) updates about the unavailability after 15 minutes of picking up the order. They surely do know how to send kids back hungry!
We are here for the first time under the new ownership. He is very kind, attentive, and intelligent. Food was awesome. We had a couple sandwiches that were very tasty. Be sure to grab a decadent brownie- it shouldn’t be overlooked due to its price tag.
Probably, a bad day at the restaurant, majority of the dinner items (pineapple fried rice, kids pasta, avocado toast) were not available even at 7:30 pm
