Are here three nights in a row. The setting is fabulous on the beach. The service is great. We were greeted and served by thoughtful and kind people each night. The food was great and a real interesting mix for vegetarians and meat lovers both.
We LOVED the Lava Lava club! It isn't cheap, but it shouldn't be. Its on the beach, just a magical setting. The appetizer sampler is delicious and is served creatively. Entrees can be pricey, but creative and decadent. Chef knows their stuff. Good service, great food, live music, on the beach...what more could you want? Even the layout of the place is cool, chill but classy!
We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout our stay on the island. Food was always great and flavourful. Service is prompt, could be a little friendlier but I’m sure serving tourists constantly all day gets old... all together awesome atmosphere!!
This was a very fun place to visit. We got there and one of the Alamo drivers recommended it to us, so we went to check it out. Beautiful place, literally on the sand (so wear flip-flops)! We had the Calamari and shrimp, the chef's special and the Ahi tuna, and the pineapple sorbet and everything was very delicious. The service was a bit lacking, which made us wait for the refills but I'm sure it could've just been an off night for our server.
High prices but the location is gorgeous- if you’re interested in a view for breakfast, it’s worth it-beach seating. They served us banana bread muffins for free which were very good with the coffee. I got a simple egg sandwich, no sides for $8. My husband got an egg scramble that was also just average for $14.
