Slow, disgusting and way overpriced. Seriously gross food. McDonald’s has a place next door... gross, too-but far better than this place.
Amazing food but service is lacking. I decided on this restaurant and checked in at 7pm with no wait time. After being seated I received my water with lemon and shortly after the beer that I requested. From there, service went down hill. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to introduce herself and ask if Im ready to order. Once I received my order it was hot, neatly plated, and delicious; absolutely no complaints about the food at all. After the meal, I asked for the desert menu. Again, 10 minutes before I received the desert menu and another 15 minutes before the gentleman who gave me my water and beer asked if I ordered anything. Due to not wanting to wait for my desert at this point I asked for the check and left. Again, the food is great, but the service even on a slow night is lacking.
We walked to the restaurant from Courtyard Marriott Coconut Beach, and really enjoyed the burgers, Kalua pork sandwich and Ono burger. The servers were friendly, and the atmosphere was open and nice.
The food was fine but not great, especially considering the prices. We went primarily because of an appetizer special we saw advertised on their website--only to find out that's no longer available. Drinks are very good.
Terrible service and the food wasn't much better, my advice head down the street to any other restaurant for some decent food. McDonald's would probably be just as good.
