The hotel price is hard to beat in this area and they have a nice beach side bar and dining experience that's very reasonably priced.
Overall, I'd go back if I wanted to save some money on a hotel.

Would be 5 of out 5 for its value and cleanliness...but the restaurant/bar closes at 10 pm as does the pool and hot tub...so its pretty quite...its nice to be able to eat dinner then enjoy a nightcap after with your lady on a romantic get away but maybe times have changed and staying up past 10 pm is a way of the past. Food at restaurant was good...chowder sizzling shrimp and pineapple fried rice were all great...but steak and fish entrees were both pretty dissapointing for the price..which was kinda high in my opinion. But overall would come back for sure. But if I was going for a really good meal I would rather head over to Poipo and go to the Eating House.
Staff was friendly and accommodated us with an early check-in and late check-out, which really helped us out.
It's worth noting that none of their rooms are a true "beach side". The are positioned a way that just doesn't make it possible. Don't expect to wake up, look out your window and see the beach. We went down to their small beach and watched the sunrise though, it was really nice.
Best air-conditioning I've had in years. Rooms clean with standard furniture for an upscale motel. Beach location very accessible.
This hotel is a perfect spot to rest and admire the sunrises in the morning. It is conveniently located around 15 minutes drive from the airport. The Lava Lava Restaurant at the beach side offers great variety of food and drinks! If you don't stay in this hotel at least visit the Lava Lava Restaurant!
From the outside appearance of the building, I did not expect much from this hotel. Once I stepped into the lobby, I knew I had been wrong. The place has recently been renovated and is lovely and modern. The rooms aren't very large, but they are spacious enough and have a wonderful tropical feel. The hotel is ocean front and the beach is lovely. It is also within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. My stay was very nice, my only regret was that I left too soon!
The beds I'd give a 6/10, the bathroom is tiny (4/10) but the rest of the room is pretty nice and very clean (7/10). The hallways in-between the rooms will remind you that these were probably built back in the 70s. If they added some color and lighting to the hallways, it would really make a difference.
