Just plain shabby, nothing shabby chic or cute about this place. Bandages of newish paint and bathroom flooring thrown over the gaping wounds of an aging building. An abandoned and festering restaurant sits next door, rotting since the hurricane in the 90s and from somewhere around the condo is the smell of sewer that filters into the room if the breeze is just right. Our room had a colony of dead bugs living in the lights, broken screen and closet doors that were off their tracks and took two hands to lift and open. The sliding glass shower doors weren't attached on the bottom at all, and we were told we couldn't take a bath because it would flood the downstairs. Also, there's no jumping into the pool so warm your kids ahead of time so they don't make any waves, literally or figuratively. Worst money I've ever spent.
Amazing condo. We had a great view of the beach with all the comforts of home. It's centrally located so it was easy to explore the island without driving too much. 10/10 would stay again.
Nice rooms with excellent views. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry in the unit. They even provided beack toys and everything. The staff has been great and it's very clean. So far has been a great experience, and much easier than a hotel as a "base" for exploring.
Love Wailua Beach. That's where we got married. Rite on the beach.
One of the best ocean views on the east side from every room, and by far the best bargain for your money. The ocean at your door step and many great restaurants and shops near by too!
